Pix – short for pixels, evoking digital design, visuals, and media

Overview

Pixovate was created to help small businesses build modern, unique, and affordable digital presence. Clients from restaurants to service providers receive fully tailored websites paired with social media strategies, rooted in regional understanding and market insights.

The Problem

Many local businesses struggled with outdated or no online presence. DIY solutions didn’t reflect their brand and lacked strategic marketing, leading to low reach, minimal customer engagement, and missed revenue opportunities.

My Approach

  • Foundational Learning: I started with pro bono/demo websites (e.g. Beirut Restaurant) to test design and client targeting strategies.
  • Marketing-As-Learning: Built my own agency website with clear service packages and a free trial.
  • Performance Focus: Implemented SEO, social ads, and QR code menus to drive visibility and track conversions.
  • Iterative Growth: Refined my processes based on real client feedback, evolving service scope and pricing.

Reflections

Pixovate was a real test — I learned more about pricing, sales, and retention in months than any MBA course. I combined my web design skills with product thinking to build an agency that helps clients while scaling sustainably.
